MIDDLE ISLAND CORMORANT CULL OVER FOR 2009
Parks Canada's cull of double-crested cormorants on Middle Island in Point Pelee National Park was called off last Saturday with approximately 1,600 birds being shot, some of which were shot and left to die on the water.
