Now You Know Podcasts

The Now You Know podcasts are short, accessible, conversational interviews on a host of subjects relevant to animal welfare in North America and around the world. Several new interviews are added each month, so please return to this page or Now You Know to listen.

Zoocheck is pleased to partner with Now You Know by offering the interviews on this website. They are also available on the website, so please pay it a visit for more information.

The Now You Know podcasts are hosted and presented by Kathryn Sussman and Genevieve Douyon, two Canadian women who have joined forces from opposite ends of the animal care world. Kathryn is an experienced animal welfare campaigner based in Toronto, while Gen is a practising veterinary technician in Montreal. Together they bring controversial, sometimes shocking and often hidden uses of animals, as well as other important issues, into the spotlight with the goal of informing, motivating and empowering individual listeners to make a difference.
